Form 2 below is very short and must be signed electronically before your individual contract is sent out. Please read thoroughly before signing. After Form 2 has been submitted, please allow up to 3 business days to receive your individual contract. Please keep in mind that all applicants who met the requirements on Form 1 will receive a contract within the next several days. Only 6-7 candidates will be chosen for the show. It is "first come-first serve" so this means the first 6-7 individuals to submit the signed contract will be selected for this season. If you send a signed contract after the cast has already been selected, your contract will be held on file for potential to be on future seasons or for extra role positions on this season, but you will not be considered for this season as a lead cast member.
